- Contact details: Email address, mobile phone number (for WhatsApp reports), and physical home address for the execution of the visits.
- Financial data: Credit card or TWINT payment information is processed directly in an encrypted and secure manner by our financial partner. Petcare Suisse never has access to your card numbers.

Your personal data is never sold, rented, shared, or disclosed to third parties for commercial purposes. They are exclusively transmitted to the professionals within our team in charge of carrying out the visits to your home or the walks.

We implement technical security measures (SSL/HTTPS encryption protocol throughout the entire website) and organizational measures to protect your files against unauthorized access or loss. Your data is stored strictly for the duration necessary to fulfill the services or to comply with legal accounting obligations in Switzerland.
