Each cat home visit lasts exactly 30 minutes and includes a complete, personalized service: feeding according to your pet’s routine, refreshing the water, as well as meticulous daily litter box cleaning and tidying up the surrounding area. We dedicate a minimum of 15 minutes exclusively to socialization, cuddles, brushing, and playtime, provided your cat is comfortable with it and shows interest. At the end of each visit, a comprehensive photo report will be sent to you via WhatsApp for your total peace of mind. Finally, we offer the “Safe Home” option at no extra charge, which includes mail collection, airing out your home, and watering basic plants upon prior request.
Each dog walk lasts exactly 1 hour and includes a complete and secure service: a full walk adapted to your pet’s energy, age, and pace so they can get plenty of exercise in the heart of nature, leash walking exercises, as well as moments of play and socialization. Upon returning home, we perform a paw check, towel dry if necessary, and refresh the water according to your instructions. At the end of each walk, a comprehensive photo report will be sent to you via WhatsApp for your total peace of mind. Please note that oral medication administration is not included by default and is an optional add-on to be selected during your booking. In addition, all our walks are fully covered by our public liability insurance.
Visit schedules and organization:
Our visits are carried out from 08:00 AM to 02:00 PM and from 02:00 PM to 09:00 PM. You can freely choose whether you prefer a morning or an afternoon visit.
If you select two visits per day (one in the morning and one in the afternoon), the visits will be spaced out with an 8-hour interval. A comprehensive photo report will be sent to you via WhatsApp during each visit.
